Bookings are requests
Submitting the booking form sends us a request — nothing is scheduled or charged until we confirm your visit with you directly. Prices shown before confirmation are estimates; your exact price is agreed before any work begins.
Payment
Payment is due after your cleaning is completed, by cash, check, card, or the online payment link on your invoice. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Plans change — call us at (615) 400-6424 as early as you can and we’ll rearrange your visit. We likewise confirm or notify you promptly if our schedule shifts.
Our work
Our team is background-checked and supplies its own equipment and materials. If anything about a visit isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Communications
We’ll contact you about your bookings by phone and email. Text messages are sent only with your separate, explicit consent — see our Privacy Policy — and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
