Text message program
De-luxe Cleaning Services Inc · Nashville, TN · Last updated: August 26, 2026
What we send
Messages about a cleaning you have booked: a reminder the day before, a note when your cleaner is on the way, a message if the schedule slips, and a link to view or pay your invoice afterwards. Nothing else. A few messages per visit — message frequency varies.
Who we send them to
Only customers who have booked a cleaning with us and have separately agreed to receive texts. We do not buy phone numbers, do not accept them from lead generators or affiliates, and do not text anyone who has not asked us to.
How you agree to them
On our booking form at book.maidnashville.com, at the step where you enter your name and phone number, there is a checkbox — separate from everything else, empty unless you tick it. The form submits normally without it, and if you leave it alone you receive no text messages. It reads:
I consent to receive appointment-related text messages (reminders, schedule updates, and service messages such as invoice links) from De-luxe Cleaning Service at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of booking. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties — see our Privacy Policy and our text message program.
If you book by telephone instead, we ask the same question out loud and only tick it with your agreement.
Stopping them
Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or call the office on (615) 400-6424. Stopping texts does not affect your cleaning in any way.
Cost
We do not charge for messages. Your mobile carrier may — message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.
Your number is not shared
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
